Oatmeal pancakes

We teach you how to prepare these delicious oatmeal pancakes!
It is a super quick and easy recipe, ideal for breakfast or snack.


160 grams of oats
300 grams of oat drink
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of Agave Syrup
2 ounces of Dark Chocolate
2 tablespoons of Peanut butter

Steps to follow:

1. Put the oats, the oat drink, the coconut oil and the agave syrup in a bowl and beat with the mixer until you get a fine dough.

2. Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of batter. Remove the pancakes when they are golden brown on both sides.

3. We melted the dark chocolate.

4. We serve the pancakes on a plate and put the dark chocolate and peanut butter on top.

5. Add chopped walnuts on top. To give it a crunchy touch!
